When will my order ship?
Most orders are shipped the next day.

During Halloween, it may take up to 48 hours. Orders placed on weekend and after 2:00 pm usually ship no later that 2 business days after the order is processed and leaves the warehouse. Shipping time is based on the delivery option you selected.
Note: The day the order ships does not count as a shipping day; nor does Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

What are your forms of payment?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Money Order & Cashier Check

How will I know my costume has shipped?
You will receive an email confirmation with UPS or FedEx tracking number once it has shipped.

What if my order arrives damaged?
We check all merchandise before shipping. If during shipping it is destroyed or damaged, please contact us or the carrier.

Can I change my order?
Email Partymakerscostumes.com to inform us of any changes. We try to process orders very quickly so changes are almost impossible.
