Your satisfaction is our top priority. Standard policy within the costume industry has always been no returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products. Purchases made on the internet can’t be inspected or tried on at the time of purchase.

Please open and try on your costume immediately. Costumes must be exchanged for another size or style of equal or greater value within 3 days of receipt. Your must email us at Partymakerscostumes.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Partymakerscostumes.com is not responsible for shipping charges. Exchanges are based on availability. Please shop early for size and selection.

Once you receive your RA number, your package has to be postmarked within 5 days or subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Refused and returns without a RA number will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges will apply.

No exchanges on the following items due to hygiene and sanitary issues: wigs, beards, moustaches, facial hair, teeth, fangs, hosiery, tights, leotards, prosthetics, fingernails, eyelashes. We want to provide you with a clean safe product.

No exchanges or returns on items that are not packaged; sale, special orders or 6 items or more of the same item.

Items must be in the original packaging and unused. We do not accept worn and used merchandise. Item will be sent back to you at your expense and no credit given. When you order from us it will be new.

Please note: Due to seasonal merchandise at Halloween, all orders shipped between October 15 and November 4 are final sales. All other official holidays are final sales 10 days prior and 4 days after the holiday date. Please shop early and check your order.
